ROLE
To serve as a member of the Executive Board
To serve as Chairperson of the Revisions Committee

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To comply with all instruments governing the PART of Laredo
  
• To know the duties and responsibilities of the Revisions Committee
  
• To verify quorum at all meetings
  
• To see that all meetings are conducted according to all governing instruments of PART of Laredo
  
• To advise the officers and members in matters pertaining to interpretation of the rules governing the PART of Laredo
  
• To maintain order at the meetings
  
• To protect rights of the minority and majority
  END-OF-THE-YEAR-REPORT: To submit to the Table Director recommendations pertaining to the duties and responsibilities of Parliamentarian to be stated in the PART of Laredo Handbook
